Feeling Lazy? Run!

Feeling lazy? Don’t have enough energy? Gaining wait? Muscles pains? Just plain out of shape? To answer these questions doctors, scholars, psychologist, Oprah, or Dr. Phil might go into these extravagant scenarios in which you need to change your whole life around. I suggest one thing that will help improve all of this. RUN! During my sophomore year in high school I noticed I was not involved in anything, I was out of shape, and I was just an average Joe. I was also starting to have back pains from slouching in my desk all day. Well I decided that I would join cross country and run over the summer. After several weeks of running I noticed that I would gain more energy and that I would naturally drink more water than soda. My back pains even went away (the stretching probably also helped). Running gave me more energy and helped me get in shape. It also helped me eat healthier. So there is your simple cure for many of life’s problems. RUN!
