OneClick WordPress Plugin Installation Tool
By Josh | August 12, 2007
OneClick is a nice addition to my WordPress plugins. What it does is it easily installs a plugin on your WordPress blog through a Firefox addon. You have to upload the OneClick plugin to your plugins folder in WordPress, and you have to install and configure the Oneclick addon for Firefox. Once you have both of these installed, you can easily find a plugin for WordPress on the internet and right click the link and install the plugin.

You have to be able to change the permissions of the plugins, themes, and oneclick folders for your website to 0755 if they aren’t already, which you can easily do through an FTP program like FileZilla. After you have everything configured, then OneClick makes everything really easy for installing WordPress plugins. You don’t have to download the zip files and upload them yourself. So if you have a blog, you should check it out.
