Analyze and benchmark your computer with FreshDiagnose
By Josh | April 15, 2008
I ran into this nice piece of software that can give you a good overview of your computers hardware and various other items. I’ve never really been into benchmarking my computer, but after giving this a try I can see why it could be helpful. FreshDiagnose has multiple options for benchmarking different pieces of hardware on your computer.

As you can see from the screenshot, that is a benchmark of my processor. It compares my processor with other popular processors. If you would do a memory benchmark, then it would also compare that to other popular memory. There are a bunch of other options for benchmarking and analyzing your system with FreshDiagnose. Most of what is on there is of no use to me, but for somebody who needs to diagnose a problem on a computer then it may be very helpful.
When you download it, you’ll need to get the free registration in order to use certain features. I’m using FreshDiagnose on Vista, and it works fine. It should work on any version of Windows.
